The Republican-controlled Congress is pretty good at putting out bad ideas. They’ve attacked Social Security and set up a funding crisis. They’ve voted to add further restrictions to a woman’s right to choose.

Now, they’re threatening to shut down the government if they can’t completely defund Planned Parenthood.
